Bernadette brings over 30 years of experience to her hands-on work with her clients. It is a true privilege for her to support people of all ages along their journey in restoring their bodies for improved function, and freedom from pain. She is trained in Craniosacral Fascial Release Therapy (CFT) using the Gillespie Approach for adults, infants, and children. She also practices the John F. Barnes method of Myofascial Release (MFR). Bernadette is certified as an Early Intervention Specialist by the Department of Public Health as a result of her extensive experience with babies and their families from birth to age 3. She is a Level 1 Reiki practitioner. Bernadette creates the opportunity for her clients to heal their bodies so they can have happier and healthier lives.
